Sophie Entwisle advises on UK, EU and international competition law, foreign investment and national security matters, with experience across the technology, financial services, life sciences, defence, energy, industrial and consumer sectors.

Sophie's practice focuses on the competition and regulatory aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, private equity transactions and growth and venture capital investments. She advises on merger control, foreign investment and national security reviews, including under the UK's National Security and Investment Act, and has experience before the UK Competition and Markets Authority, the European Commission and authorities worldwide. Sophie also advises on restrictive agreements, abuse of dominance, competition compliance and regulatory investigations.
