Scott Levine is a seasoned real estate attorney whose practice focuses on complex lending structures. He represents a diverse range of clients across the full spectrum of real estate finance transactions. Scott's practice is anchored by deep experience advising debt funds in the origination, structuring, buying and selling and negotiation of mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and preferred equity, supported by various forms of leverage, including note-on-note structures, repurchase facilities and hybrid financing products, as well as the inherent workouts and modifications that sometimes follow.

Scott's clients rely on him to navigate the complexities inherent in layered capital structures, where senior and subordinate debt, preferred equity, and intercreditor arrangements must align seamlessly to get deals done.
