Bio

Samiha is a senior associate based in King & Spalding’s Riyadh office.  She advises clients on investment funds including fund formation and complex structuring matters, as well as investors investing in various asset classes spanning real estate, credit, private equity, infrastructure and venture capital.

Samiha has extensive experience in advising on alternative arrangements with investors including co-investments, investment management agreements and separately managed accounts. She has also advised on carried interest/co-investment and other incentivisation arrangements, team reorganisations and spin-outs.

Before joining King & Spalding, Samiha practiced at international firms in London and Dubai where she advised sponsors on fund formation and fundraising matters and institutional investors (including sovereign wealth funds) on fund investment matters and related UK and EU regulatory requirements. 

Samiha received her LL.B. from the London School of Economics in the UK and Legal Practice Course from BPP Law School also from the UK.
