Samantha Girschick is an associate in the Atlanta office and is a member of the firm’s Healthcare practice. She represents clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries involved in complex litigation, arbitration, government investigations, and transactions. Samantha defends healthcare organizations in government enforcement matters, including False Claims Act litigation.
Samantha joined King & Spalding after graduating magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as the Symposium Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. While on law review, Samantha's student note titled "Salmonella in Poultry: Tackling an Age-Old Issue in an Evolving Era of Agency Scrutiny", was selected and published in Volume 42, Issue 3 of the Georgia State University Law Review Journal. Further, Samantha graduated with a Concentration in Health Law, with Georgia State laws top-ranking health law program.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Samantha worked as a paralegal assistant for a prominent Atlanta law firm.
