Philip Rizk

Philip Rizk is an associate in the New York office of King & Spalding's Real Estate practice. Philip represents financial institutions and real estate funds in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, which include single and multi-lender construction loans, permanent loans, mezzanine loans and other leveraged financings, that are secured by commercial real estate projects of all asset types, including office, retail, industrial, hotel and multifamily. Philip also represents clients on the structuring of Shari'a-compliant financing and investment transactions.
