Peter Starr

Peter Starr focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on consumer class actions, business disputes, and data privacy matters.  He also represents companies and executives in securities and shareholder suits, and he has experience with multidistrict litigation and other complex proceedings. 

Peter prioritizes understanding his clients' business needs and fashioning litigation strategies that fit them. He represents corporate defendants across a range of industries in both state and federal court.  Before joining King & Spalding, Peter served as a law clerk to the Hon. Edward E. Carnes on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
