She advises clients on regulatory engagement arising from cybersecurity incidents and counsels public companies on cybersecurity disclosure and SEC reporting obligations. Across her practice, Melissa works closely with forensic investigators, cybersecurity consultants, and other technical experts to translate technical findings and recommendations into practical legal and business strategies.
