Melissa A. Dempsey

Melissa Dempsey is an attorney in the Special Matters/Government Investigations Practice Group at King & Spalding. She focuses primarily on white collar criminal litigation, corporate internal investigations, and investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Food and Drug Administration, the Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. House and Senate committees, and state government agencies.  She has extensive experience in management of document-intensive investigations and e-discovery associated with congressional, state and federal civil, criminal and regulatory investigations.
