He assists clients throughout the investigative process, including responding to government requests, conducting internal investigations, preparing witnesses, and managing interactions with regulators and enforcement authorities.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Matt was a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and Sasebo, Japan. During law school, he completed internships with the Criminal Division of the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and the Kings County District Attorney's Office.
