Martin Hunt focuses on mergers, acquisitions and joint venture transactions in multiple sectors, including the energy, healthcare, education, telecommunications, water, agriculture, construction and chemicals industries. Qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales, and an attorney in both New York and Texas, Martin is a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where he has advised on over 100 M&A transactions in the U.S. alone, and has represented clients in transactions in over 80 countries.

Martin has relocated to Riyadh in early 2024 as his practice has focused on transactions in the Middle East. His work in the region focuses on M&A transactions and joint ventures.

Chambers & Partners ranked Martin in its Chambers Global 2026 update for Corporate/Commercial in Saudi Arabia. Clients quoted by Chambers said that Martin “demonstrates huge transactional knowledge.
