Marcus has substantial experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public takeovers and flotations. He has experience across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on tech, pharmaceuticals, merchant acquiring/payments and infrastructure/transport.

He has significant expertise with respect to UK financial regulatory issues and regularly advises on corporate governance and compliance issues.

His equity capital markets practice covers a broad range of transactions from initial public offerings to secondary fund-raisings on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and AIM.
