Luigi de Angelis

Luigi has extensive experience representing financial institutions, underwriters, investors, sponsors and borrowers in a wide range of structured finance transactions with a particular focus on complex securitizations of digital infrastructure, music and media royalties, whole business and first-of-their kind esoteric asset classes.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Luigi worked as an associate in the Alternative Investment practice of a US law firm in New York, focusing on CLOs and complex securitizations transactions and in the Structured Finance practices of Italian law firms, focusing on bespoke structured finance transactions involving the sale and acquisition of portfolios of non-performing financial assets.
