• Served as trial counsel in a five-week jury trial defending client in a high-exposure survival action. Through aggressive pretrial motions practice, narrowed the case from eight lines on the verdict form—including punitive damages—to a single line for compensatory damages. The jury's verdict was later reduced to zero after co-defendant set-offs.
• Secured multiple voluntary dismissals with prejudice in product and automotive liability matters through the use of targeted discovery and investigation
• Principal drafter of multiple Daubert briefing regarding general causation in nationwide class action involving consumer pharmaceutical product leading to the dismissal of more than 45,000 claims
• Secured a new trial in a pro bono matter by successfully arguing that advances in scientific understanding constituted newly discovered evidence for a client who had maintained his innocence while serving more than 20 years in prison

Logan is regarded not only for his courtroom advocacy, but also for his strategic judgment and counsel.  He has taken and defended numerous depositions, argued dispositive and evidentiary motions, managed expert-intensive litigation, and helped shape trial strategy in cases across the United States. He has represented clients in state and federal courts across the country, developing coordinated litigation strategies that remain focused on the issues most likely to affect the outcome of a case.  Companies facing significant litigation need more than legal analysis.  They need advocates who can quickly master technical subject matter, identify the salient issues, and advance the most persuasive narrative from discovery through trial. That is the focus of Logan's practice, and his approach ensures efficiency and thorough preparation at every stage of the litigation process.

Before entering private practice, Logan served as a law clerk to the Honorable W. Harold Albritton III of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, where he gained firsthand insight into federal trail practice and judicial decision-making. That experience continues to shape his strategic approach to complex litigation today.

Logan is married to his college sweetheart, Paula, and together they have two children, Chandler and Cooper.
