Lauren Smith (Newman)

Lauren Smith is an Associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Business Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on high-stakes business disputes, including purported class actions, contract disputes, and business torts. Lauren has experience representing clients in a diverse range of matters, including antitrust, ERISA, and securities and shareholder matters. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Lauren served as a law clerk to the Honorable Orinda D. Evans of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
