Bio

Kevin Stoneham helps lawyers and clients harness advanced technologies—including artificial intelligence—to transform how legal services are delivered. Drawing on global experience, he enables organizations to align technology with business strategy, enhance security and compliance, and scale operations—driving efficient, data-driven outcomes in complex, fast-evolving environments.

As Chief Information Officer and Chair of the Firm’s Technology & Innovation Committee, he leads the design and execution of enterprise technology strategy across the firm’s global operations. He has overseen large-scale initiatives to migrate to a cloud-only law firm, architect secure environments for managing sensitive client data, and integrate advanced analytics and AI into day-to-day legal and business workflows. Kevin works closely with firm leadership, as well as across practice groups and client teams, to translate emerging technologies into practical capabilities—improving matter delivery, strengthening information governance, and enabling lawyers to operate more efficiently in high-stakes, data-intensive engagements.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Mr. Stoneham spent over 20 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in a range of roles, including Regional CIO across seven territories and COO of PwC’s shared IT services company, which supported more than 230,000 people worldwide.

Mr. Stoneham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
