Katy Berger

Katy Berger represents financial institutions, funds, asset managers and institutional investors in a broad range of structured and specialty finance transactions. Her practice spans structured warehouse facilities, safe harbored repurchase facilities, note-on-note financings, fund financing facilities, securitizations, private placements and receivables financing transactions across a variety of asset classes. Katy has particular experience in repos and note-on-note transactions, receivables finance, and the securitization and warehousing of esoteric asset classes, including data centers and solar assets.

Katy is recognized as an IFLR1000 Rising Star in U.S. Capital Markets: Structured Finance and Securitization. She is also a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel (ACIC).
