Bio

Kathryn, a member of the federal trial bar, represents clients throughout all stages of complex and high-stakes disputes, acting as a trusted advocate and advisor from pre-litigation counseling through trial. 

Kathryn is an associate in the Chicago office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm's Business Litigation team.  She is a trial attorney, who represents clients in complex and often multi-jurisdictional matters in state and federal courts across the country, as well as in arbitration.  Kathryn's practice focuses on a wide array of commercial disputes, including breach of contract claims, mergers and acquisitions disputes, shareholder and stock ownership issues, fraud, executive misconduct, defamation, privacy, and cybersecurity. 

Kathryn is also committed to pro bono work, concentrating her efforts on representing victims of civil rights violations and domestic violence.  Outside the firm, Kathryn serves on the NextGen Council for the Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights.
