Julien Vicariot

Julien Vicariot is an associate based in King & Spalding’s Paris office.

His practices focuses in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, securities laws (including tender offers, public to private transactions and IPOs) and general corporate matters. He mainly assists domestic and foreign companies (listed or not) as well as private equity funds and investment banks on private and public corporate transactions.

Before joining King & Spalding in 2018, Julien worked in the M&A/Capital Markets department of a French law firm in Paris and as an intern in an international law farm in Paris.

Julien graduated from University Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (FR) in Corporate & Tax Law and received an LLM from Exeter University (UK) in International Commercial Law.

Julien is admitted to the Paris bar.
