Jason Sosnik

Jason Sosnik is an associate in the Finance and Restructuring practice group resident in the firm’s New York office.

Jason's practice focuses on securitization, capital markets and structured private credit. He has experience representing financial institutions, underwriters, lenders, sponsors and borrowers in a wide range of securitization and other structured finance transactions.

Jason has experience advising in a variety of complex securitization transactions, particularly in the whole business, media royalty and digital infrastructure space.
