Igor Gorlach guides companies through regulatory privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection issues, with particular expertise in projects involving AI and other innovative and consumer-facing technology.   Igor represents clients in investigations by states attorneys general, the FTCA, and the DOJ pertaining to security incidents, the use of sensitive information, and the deployment of innovative technologies.  He also manages all aspects of incident response for Fortune 100 companies and advises companies on the structuring and implementation of global privacy and security compliance programs.
