Prior to joining King & Spalding, Haya advised:

• A confidential client on financial contracts and prepared legal due diligence and business cases for two public-private partnership projects in Saudi Arabia
• The Saudi British Bank on multi-million-dollar transactions with high-profile clients include sovereign wealth fund and internation oil & gas companies
• The Saudi British Bank in disputes adjudicated by the Banking Committees, the Finance Committees

Haya Alshammari is an associate in Corporate practice group of King & Spalding Al Fahad, based in the Riyadh office. She is advises on energy related matters.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Haya was a summer associate at an international law firm in Riyadh and worked in a major banking institution in Saudi Arabia. She has a Master of Laws in Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
