Bio

Hannah Kannegieter is qualified in New York and England and Wales and acts for a range of clients in complex international disputes, with experience in arbitrations conducted under various institutional rules (including the LCIA, ICC and ICSID rules). Hannah has particular experience in cross-border commercial and investor-State disputes across a variety of industries. She has acted in arbitrations governed by a variety of laws, including New York law, English law and Singapore law, as well as the laws of jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and Latin America. In addition to her international arbitration practice, Hannah advises clients on matters of public international law and on litigation relating to arbitration.
