• Represent a confidential developer in the drafting and negotiation of construction agreements for the construction of three Class A industrial buildings totaling over 2.3 million square feet and related site work.

Gregg helps owners, developers, and lenders navigate the legal complexities of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, from negotiating multibillion-dollar EPC and design-build contracts to structuring procurement, supply, and technology licensing agreements. His clients build hyperscale data centers, energy facilities, manufacturing plants, and mixed-use developments, and they rely on him to allocate risk, protect their capital investments, and keep critical projects on schedule through completion.

Gregg's recent practice centers on the construction agreements that underpin some of the largest digital infrastructure projects in the United States. He currently represents data center developers and owners in drafting and negotiating the full suite of construction-phase contracts, including EPC, design-build, construction, engineering, and equipment-supply agreements for campuses exceeding 1 GW of IT capacity.

On the energy side, Gregg advises developers of LNG export facilities, combined-cycle gas-fired power plants, renewable diesel refineries, hydrogen plants, carbon-capture projects, and battery energy storage systems, handling agreements that frequently exceed $1 billion in individual contract value. He also represents real estate developers and institutional investors on multifamily and mixed-use construction programs across the country.
