Eugenie represents clients in international arbitrations before various arbitral institutions and handles disputes before construction-specialist dispute boards. She acts for and against states and state bodies, and brings particular experience on energy and large infrastructure projects. Eugenie has first- and second-chaired multiple multimillion-dollar construction disputes from inception through merits hearing and enforcement. In addition to international and domestic arbitrations, Eugenie’s experience includes litigating cases and appeals in U.S. federal and state courts. She is licensed in Texas, New York, and Florida. Eugenie is also an adjunct professor at the SMU Dedman School of Law, where she teaches a course on international commercial arbitration.
