• Acting for a multi-billion-dollar U.S. company in a Europe-based commercial arbitration under a 20-year sports sponsorship agreement.
• Representing an Indian airline in an SIAC arbitration against a U.S. engine manufacturer.
• Representing a developer and manufacturer of biosimilars in an ICC arbitration arising out of a collaboration and license agreement.
• Acting for Reficar in English Court proceedings relating to the McDermott restructuring where a $1.3 billion New York Convention Award was extinguished in return for a $900 million equity interest.
• Acting for a one of the world's largest energy companies in a multi-jurisdictional dispute spanning ICC arbitrations and English High Court litigation.
• Securing injunctive relief for a global air charter company in various jurisdictions (Australia, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong) in order to enforce an English High Court judgment.
• Acting in an LCIA arbitration regarding the late redelivery of a vessel under a charterparty.
• Acting for a major multinational oil and gas exploration company in respect of a multi-billion dollar LCIA arbitration concerning entitlement to Earn Out Payments.

Erin Vandzura is an Associate in King & Spalding’s Trial and Global Disputes practice in the London office. Erin qualified in 2023, having trained with the firm.

Erin's practice involves English High Court litigation and commercial and investment treaty arbitration under leading institutional rules. She has advised clients on a variety of multi-jurisdictional disputes across a range of sectors including construction, energy, financial services and shipping.

During her training contract, Erin spent 9 months on secondment working in-house, including 6 months in the litigation team of a major global energy and petrochemical company.
