Eric Valuyev is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation group. Eric’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, specifically patent litigation before U.S. District Courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. As an engineer at heart, Eric is driven by a deep curiosity and passion for technology in all forms. With several years of engineering experience across many engineering disciplines and industries including energy distribution and automotive, Eric is well equipped to aid clients in a variety of technical matters.
