  • Representing Environmental Resources Management Southwest, Inc. in mass tort litigation arising out of alleged groundwater and soil contamination in the Houston, Texas area.
  • Representing Chevron Phillips Chemical Company L.P. in 1000+ plaintiff litigation alleging construction caused flooding and resultant property damage during Hurricane Harvey.
  • Representing major oil and gas exploration company in groundwater contamination claims related to stray gas in northern Louisiana.
  • Representing Floor & Decor Inc. in personal injury and wrongful death matter arising out of a house fire that occurred during Winter Storm Uri.
  • Representing Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. in docket of cases arising out of alleged perchlorate contamination in groundwater in and around Duncan, Oklahoma based on historical missile motor cleaning efforts.
  • Represented Chevron U.S.A. Inc. against personal injury claim arising out of an industrial accident.
  • Served as national counsel for a major oilfield services company on hydraulic fracturing litigation in Texas, West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
  • Defense of Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in national MDL and California litigation regarding alleged groundwater contamination, including representation of company in four-month jury trial in California state court.
  • Represented Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. in wrongful death action arising out of head-on collision in New Mexico.
  • Represented Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. against personal injury and property damage claims arising out of hydraulic fracturing activities in the Barnett Shale area. The case was successfully resolved on summary judgment.
  • Represented a valve manufacturer against claims that defective valve caused the rupture of a steam line and resulted in two deaths, one injury and millions of dollars in property damages inside a power plant. The case was tried for two weeks in Platte City, Missouri, and resulted in a favorable verdict.
  • Represented Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. in a well damage dispute.
  • Represented Kellogg Brown and Root Inc. against negligence claims brought by a group of plaintiffs claiming personal injuries during a plant explosion in Point Comfort, Texas. The case was tried to a jury in Calhoun County, Texas for four weeks and resulted in a complete defense verdict.
  • Represented Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in an oil and gas lease interpretation dispute affecting oil and gas interests in the Haynesville Shale. The case was successfully resolved on summary judgment.
  • Represented Chevron U.S.A. Inc. in a construction dispute with contractor arising from the construction of an alternative energy project for the U.S. government.
  • Represented Kellogg Brown and Root Inc. in dispute over contractual indemnity obligations.
  • Represented an oil and gas drill bit manufacturer in a dispute with competitor over the alleged theft of trade secrets.
