Dylan French represents clients involved in high-stakes commercial disputes, as well as those navigating internal or government-led investigations. Dylan handles matters across a range of industries and legal issues, including matters involving breach of contract, fraud, business control, and M&A-related disputes. His practice includes work at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, with particular experience before the Texas Business Courts, the Texas Courts of Appeal,  and the Fifth Circuit. 

Prior to joining the firm, Dylan clerked for Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. During his clerkship with Chief Judge Richman, he refined his legal writing skills, developed a strong attention to detail, and gained exposure to a  wide variety of cutting-edge legal issues. 

Dylan also participated in a secondment to the Dallas District Attorney's Office while practicing at another international law firm.  During the secondment, Dylan served as an Assistant District Attorney, representing the State in jury trials and contested motion hearings.
