Dominic Marino

Dominic R. Marino advises borrowers, lenders, and private investment funds on a wide range of financing transactions, including fund finance transactions, restructurings, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Dominic's fund finance practice spans subscription facilities, NAV and hybrid facilities, secondaries, and bespoke fund-level financing structures.

Prior to attending law school, Dominic served on active duty as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. Before joining King & Spalding, he practiced at another international law firm.
