David Hart

David Hart represents a diverse array of clients on a broad range of real estate lending transactions within a nationally recognized real estate finance practice. He routinely represents publicly traded and private banking institutions, real estate companies, private equity funds and hedge funds on real estate transactions with a wide variety of financing structures, with a particular focus on commercial construction and development projects at both the local and national level.

Prior to law school David practiced in public accounting with a "Big Four" accounting firm as a certified public accountant.
