Daniel has particular expertise financing utility-scale wind, solar and battery storage projects, natural gas-fired power plants, hydroelectric assets, renewable natural gas and alternative fuels projects, electric utilities, petrochemical projects and midstream oil and gas infrastructure.

Daniel also has broad experience representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, corporate borrowers and lenders in leveraged buyouts, dividend recapitalizations, bolt-on acquisitions, syndicated credit facilities and asset-based lending transactions in the US and Canada.

He also helps clients monetize tax credits associated with renewable energy projects, including through tax equity financings and tax credit transfer transactions.
