Daniel Kahan structures deals for technology clients, and technology deals for other clients.

Daniel advises companies, entrepreneurs, and the investors who back them. He helps founders raise capital and scale, counsels executives and boards on critical risk management and governance issues, supports investors in deploying capital, and guides buyers and sellers through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and spin-offs. He also works with clients to structure complex digital asset transactions and strategic technology and commercial arrangements.

Daniel co-leads both the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Group and Fintech Group. His work spans a broad range of sectors, including artificial intelligence, fintech, blockchain, insurtech, enterprise software, cybersecurity, e-commerce, hardware, life sciences, and healthcare.
