Nicholas Chadwick Williams (Cole)

Cole Williams is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group. Cole focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, corporate borrowers, and other entities in a variety of specialty finance transactions, including securitizations and acquisition financings.
