Christopher Charles Jew

Christopher Jew is a member of the firm's Healthcare practice group. He specializes in commercial managed care, complex business litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution matters on behalf of physicians, hospitals, and other providers. Christopher also advises clients on various health law issues, including payor contract disputes and negotiations and the No Surprises Act. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Christopher had the honor of serving as a prosecutor in the United States Marine Corps. 

Christopher regularly represents healthcare providers in managed care matters and other significant disputes against managed care companies and health plans. He has extensive trial, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution experience, including as the lead prosecutor for multiple felony jury trials.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Christopher was a judge advocate in the United States Marine Corps where he was a prosecutor, advised deploying units on law of war matters, and conducted internal investigations. Thereafter, Christopher represented clients in complex business litigation matters before specializing in managed care litigation.

Christopher received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis, magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
