Rebecca Fabian (Becca)

Becca represents financial institutions, private credit funds, alternative lenders and private and public companies on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, including in connection with acquisitions, refinancings and loan workouts across a diverse spectrum of industries.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Becca was working for another law firm focusing on the representation of financial institutions and institutional investors in connection with direct placements of debt in secured and unsecured financings.
