  • Representing Boehringer Ingelheim in the In re Zantac MDL, multiple class actions, and in various state court consolidated proceedings arising from allegations concerning Zantac and other ranitidine-containing products.
  • Representing medical device company in nationwide product-liability litigation related to injuries allegedly caused by the company's female pelvic-mesh devices.
Bio

Aaron Parks focuses on defending product manufacturers in high-profile, high-risk product-liability and mass-tort litigation.

Aaron has experience guiding clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, technology, and chemical manufacturing sectors at all stages of litigation, including devising sophisticated gating strategies at the initial stages of litigation, managing some of the largest dockets in the history of American tort litigation, taking key depositions, drafting key briefs and motions, including successful dispositive motions, trial preparation, and appeals. Aaron also has experience helping clients develop a compelling company story, including preparing company witnesses for testimony at deposition and at trial and developing compelling trial themes. 

Aaron maintains a robust pro bono practice. He has successfully represented previously incarcerated individuals through the Georgia Justice Project and assisted tenants in housing related disputes through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer Foundation.

Aaron graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the moot court team, an Online Editor for the Georgia Law Review, and elected to the Order of the Coif.
