Sean Royall will speak by invitation at the Texas A&M University School of Law on October 29. The title of his talk is “The Surprisingly Interesting and Dramatic Story of a Real-Life Patent/Antitrust Dispute,” and involves a discussion of K&S’s successful jury trial win for Graco in Graco Inc. v. Carlisle Const. Materials LLC (D. Del. 2024), and a related article co-authored by Sean and Ross Elfand, Walker Process: A Modern Assessment of an Antitrust Classic (ABA Antitrust, Spring 2025). Earlier this year, Sean also spoke at the University of Chicago Law School on the same topic.
