On September 16th and 18th, Russell Sacks (NY Corporate), Kimberly Prior (NY Finance & Restructuring), Sean Kelly (NY Corporate) and Michael Regan (NY Corporate) presented on key financial services regulatory trends to an industry-wide group at the 2026 Ernst & Young Broker-Dealer Round Table.  This semi-annual Round Table took place over two days: in person on September 16th and online on September 18th and was attended by representatives of over 200 financial institutions.  King & Spalding team members were the featured speakers providing a legal and regulatory update on broker-dealer issues.
