Washington, D.C. Partner J.C. Boggs will be a featured speaker on AI policy and regulation at this year’s Catholic Law on Capitol Hill event to be held on September 21, 2026 in the United States Senate.  J.C. will be joined by CUA Law alumni Chris Pilkerton, Assistant Secretary for Investment Security at the U.S. Treasury Department, and Mike Flynn, Senior Vice President and Counsel for Government Affairs and Economic Security Policy at the Information Technology Industry Council.  They will discuss “AI Sovereignty: Technology, Trade and National Security.”
