In an open meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. ET, the PCAOB will consider issuing a proposal to amend PCAOB Rule 3502, Responsibility Not to Knowingly or Recklessly Contribute to Violations, which governs the liability of associated persons who contribute to a registered public accounting firm’s primary violation of PCAOB rules. The public may watch or listen to the meeting.
