July 25, 2024
Featured Lawyers:

King & Spalding successfully represented Puris Proteins, LLC d/b/a PURIS in petitioning the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) for antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) relief to address imports of dumped and subsidized high protein content (HPC) pea protein from China. The ITC determined that subject imports from China are causing injury to the U.S. HPC pea protein industry, and as a result of these determinations, AD and CVD orders will be issued in August 2024.
