She represents financial institutions and real estate funds in connection with the structuring, origination and modification of construction loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and other leveraged financings. Freaso also has experience with loan workouts, repurchase facilities, and acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and multi-family properties.
