Chapuy advises clients on complex, high-value commercial disputes, including litigation arising from financial services, banking and capital markets matters, shareholder conflicts, and post- acquisition disputes. Her practice also encompasses cartel damages and other follow-on claims, settlement strategy and enforcement proceedings.

Chapuy, who joins the firm from Freshfields, earned a master’s degree in management from EDHEC Business School and a master’s degree in business and tax law from Universite de Nancy. 

Chapuy is the second disputes partner to join the Paris office this month, following the addition of Thomas Voisin. They both follow the firm’s recruitment of a market-leading eight-partner international disputes team, led by prominent international arbitration partner Gary Born, from Wilmer Hale, spanning the London, New York and Washington. D.C. offices. The partners who have joined in addition to Chapuy, Voisin and Born are Charlie Caher, Steven Finizio, Rachael Kent, Marleen Krueger, Jonathan Lim, Danielle Morris and Franz Schwarz.
