Sam Griffin is a partner on the Litigation-Tort & Environmental Practice Group at King & Spalding. Mr. Griffin represents a wide variety of product liability and toxic tort defendants, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers, distributors and suppliers of asbestos-containing products. He also defends Premises Liability claims.

Represents a pharmaceutical manufacturer in personal injury cases pending nationwide, in both federal and state courts, in all phases of fact and expert discovery, other pretrial proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
Serves as National Coordinating Counsel for a defendant in asbestos cases nationwide. He assists in developing trial strategy (company witnesses, trial exhibits and expert witnesses); briefing issues, such as statutes of limitations and statutes of repose; discovery responses and settlement evaluations.
Defends a company in a Premises Liability case pending in South Carolina in which the plaintiff alleges he was exposed to asbestos-containing materials while working at one of the company’s plants.
