Robert Leclerc joined King & Spalding in 2005 and practices in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Leclerc has experience in advising public company clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance issues and other corporate/securities matters. Mr. Leclerc participates in a broad range of corporate finance transactions, securities matters including public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Mr. Leclerc has also been active in the firm’s creation, together with Tapestry Networks, of the Lead Director Network, a group of lead directors, presiding directors and non-executive chairmen from many of America’s leading companies that meets to discuss how to improve the performance of their corporations and earn the trust of their shareholders through more effective board leadership.
Mr. Leclerc graduated from Indiana University in 2002. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005. Mr. Leclerc is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.
