Robert Leclerc is a partner in King & Spalding's Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Leclerc advises private and publicly-traded companies and private equity firms on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and financing transactions. Mr. Leclerc also advises clients on SEC reporting and disclosure requirements, corporate governance issues and other corporate/securities matters.
Mr. Leclerc has also been active in the firm’s creation, together with Tapestry Networks, of the Lead Director Network, a group of lead directors, presiding directors and non-executive chairmen from many of America’s leading companies that meets to discuss corporate governance matters.
Mr. Leclerc graduated from Indiana University in 2002. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2005.
