Mike Duffy joined King & Spalding in 2007 as the firm’s first Director of Growth & Client Service. Mr. Duffy works with the firm’s Chairman and firm leadership to strategically guide partners on a portfolio of clients to increase the effectiveness of business development efforts and improve client satisfaction while providing leadership across multiple client teams and projects. He works with partners and client teams to apply thought leadership in ways that will deliver on our clients’ business goals in innovative ways. He works with client teams to identify value within the client’s organizations, client trends, and relationship protocols to ensure the delivery of high quality service, resource alignment and client development. Mr. Duffy plays a role in leading the firm’s client service and go-to-market strategies on a portfolio of global firm clients.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Mr. Duffy was a partner at Ernst & Young. He has more than 32 years experience in business development and sales management involving large national accounts, sales and product management, strategy formation, business development training, large client team management, creative fee arrangements, and client satisfaction. Mr. Duffy received his B.A. in Business from Thomas More College.
