Eric Smedley joined King & Spalding in 2000 as an attorney with the Tort Litigation and Environmental Practice Group. His practice focuses on managing large-scale document productions, including electronic discovery issues, with an emphasis on representing pharmaceutical clients in mass tort litigation. Mr. Smedley is a senior member King & Spalding’s Discovery Center.
Mr. Smedley received his J.D. from Dusquesne University in 1994. He graduated from Catholic University with a B.A. in Politics in 1991. He is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
