Charles Correll is a partner in King & Spalding’s San Francisco office. He is an active member of the firm’s Energy Litigation and International Arbitration Groups. His practice involves complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts and before international and domestic arbitration panels. He has represented clients such as the Chevron Corporation, the Halliburton Company, KBR, Inc. and Cimarex Energy Company.
Mr. Correll has broad experience in a diverse range of domestic and international commercial litigation matters including antitrust, breach of contract, securities fraud, oil and gas exploration and royalty, business torts, patent infringement, toxic tort and personal injury litigation. He has first and second seat experience in trial matters.
