Ben Easterlin is a partner in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Easterlin has practiced for more than 35 years, representing prominent companies and individuals across the nation. He served as President of the State Bar of Georgia from 1996-1997, the fifth King & Spalding partner to have served in this capacity.
Experienced as both plaintiff’s and defense counsel, Mr. Easterlin has litigated cases for prominent individuals and estates, local and regional banks and large and small corporations of all types, including companies in the manufacturing, transportation, environmental, agricultural, real estate, timber and service industries. He also possesses extensive bankruptcy litigation experience.
