Alexa is an associate in the Technology Transactions and Sourcing group within King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Alexa's practice focuses on a broad range of technology transactions and complex commercial contracts matters. Alexa also works on general corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Alexa earned her JD from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, she externed with the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Consumer Protection and for a national travel retail company in their Contracts division. She completed a transactional certificate program while at Emory and served as an editor on the Emory International Law Review. Prior to law school, Alexa studied public health and Spanish language at Tulane University in New Orleans.
